Franklin Park Apartments is located two blocks east of Highland Avenue and two blocks north of Hollywood Boulevard, at the corner of Franklin and Whitley.

We offer one and two bedroom units with one-car underground parking, and a limited number of studios with street parking permits. Parking District 99 permits issued by the City of Los Angeles are available for resident and visitor parking.

Utilities included are water, trash removal, and Spectrum basic cable. Amenities include a laundry facility and a heated swimming pool. Some units include a balcony or a walk-in closet.

We also offer and online rent pay system with auto debit and all major credit cards accepted.

We are a non-smoking building, including e-cigarettes.

We do not accept pets. No animals allowed.

"The location is just awesome—you're in the heart of Hollywood, so close you can walk to the Dolby theater or El Captain in less than 10 minutes. Lots of things to do! Close to the 101 freeway. Surrounded by Historic Hollywood buildings, it has an east coast feel to it also. Good monthly rates, that are on month-to-month basis. The rooms are good size and clean through out the units. The staff are polite and helpful. Just great little Hollywood pad for people of all walks of life!"

To verify employment, please submit two paycheck stubs, and/or any other evidence, with your U.S./Canada Rental Application or International Rental Application if you are a student from another country.

Students enrolled in an accredited institution of higher learning should have a third party complete the Guarantee Form to guarantee rent and submit a written explanation of their income source.

If you are currently looking for work, self-employed, or living on savings, two months rent in advance may be required. Please submit a bank account statement.
